RFQ Overview
Leadership Prince William (LPW) is seeking submissions for comprehensive management of the organization. LPW is looking for qualified individual(s) and/or firm(s) (including nonprofits, LLCs, for-profit companies, other legal entities, or combinations) to handle the day-to-day operations and meet the goals outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
We see significant potential for growth in programming, alumni engagement, and communication. The Board of Regents is ready to add more staff support, but recognizes that hiring another independent contractor may not be the best option. To consider all options, we are reaching out to the marketplace to find qualified individuals, firms, or organizations (or any combination of those) that can develop and propose a comprehensive management model.

Proposal Submissions Overview
The RFQ document is designed to provide a detailed overview of the organization, programs, and events. Please review the RFQ document for details, including the formal scope of work and submissions requirements.
Key Dates/Deadlines:
- April 1, 2026: RFQ Published
- April 12, 2026: Questions must be submitted in writing by 7:00 pm EST to chair@leadershipprincewilliam.org
- April 30, 2026: Proposals due via electronic document by 7:00 pm EST to chair@leadershipprincewilliam.org
- May 1 – 15, 2026: In-person interviews with final selection and notification of the contract no later than May 31, 2026
- July 1, 2026: Contract start date
