An Inspiring Experience

The 10-month Leadership Prince William program begins in September with an overnight retreat, then continues with a monthly session October through June. The sessions are held at locations throughout the Prince William area, depending on the session topic. Each session is designed to stimulate, challenge, educate and inform. You will be poised to assume an active, lead role in your organization, in our community and in Leadership Prince William itself.

Opening Retreat

Our two-day opening retreat, which is generally held at Shenandoah National Park, combines interactive discussions, team building activities and facilitated activities, The retreat is overnight and will take place on a Thursday & Friday. Leadership Prince William also uses the Emergenetics assessment tool, which is an important component of the opening retreat.
